How It Works
You’ll see how quick and easy it is to send a customized card to someone you care about. I’ll show you how SendOutCards can enhance your relationship-building efforts and develop more customers or clients and referrals.
You can create and send your own free greeting card by using my Try it for FREE option. I will set up a free gift account and arrange a phone time to walk you through how to log in, select the card of your choice (4000+ to choose from), create a personal message, and have it mailed for you … all without leaving the comfort of your home or office.
How does SendOutCards save you time and money? The average price of a generic, store-bought greeting card ranges from $3 - $5, not to mention the time and gas spent driving to your local card shop and the mailbox. (Imagine all the other things you could do with that time!)
With SendOutCards, your card will cost an amazing $0.62 or $0.98 (wholesale & retail prices). This is a card with your own custom message in your own handwriting — and you can even easily upload a digital picture from your computer to be printed on the card for just a few pennies more.
If you are sending cards from another country into the USA, you will only pay for local US postage to have your card mailed, since the SendOutCards originating address is actually in Salt Lake City, Utah.
You can send cards right from your computer – no card shopping and no post office necessary. If you prefer to add the more “personal touch” of using your own handwriting, you can have your handwriting and four different signatures made into your own customized font, which you can then use to personalize your cards with as you create them online.

Sending a greeting card with SendOutCards is done via the Internet. You’ll need a free gift account to test-drive the system. Click here to request one. I’ll gift you some points and postage so you can send a real greeting card through the mail to a couple of people you care about.
Here’s how it works…
Step 1
Visit SendOutCards and log into your account. Your contact information (what will go in the return address of the card envelopes) is on the right. Click Edit Personal Information and be sure to select the E-mail Reminders option. That way you will receive a reminder of every birthday and anniversary you enter into the system.
Step 2
Enter your new contact information (or import records from Microsoft Outlook or Excel or ACT or another contact database). No worries, I can walk you through this process. The contact manager includes fields for adding birthdays and anniversary dates, so the reminder service can email you one week before each date.
You can create cards days, weeks, or even months ahead of time and tell the system what date to mail the card. You can also set up mail campaigns that will personalize and automate the mailing process of sending multiple postcards or cards to specific groups you create in the built-in contact management program.
Step 3
Select the name of the person you want to mail the card to, and select the SEND CARD button. A greeting card category menu will appear. (You can choose from over 30 categories of cards and can send either a postcard or a greeting card.)
Step 4
Choose from 4000+ cards or create your own custom card with PicturePlus. You can also have a custom card created for your business/company or personal use (birth announcements, wedding invitations, wedding thank you, party invitation, etc.). Select either a postcard or greeting card once you have made your selection.
Step 5
Type your personal message. You can also upload pictures to the card. Select one of 9 fonts available, or have your own customized handwriting and signatures made into a font that you can use.

Want to include a gift? You can now add a gift check (up to $50) or a gift card from such places as Bed Bath & Beyond, Circuit City, Borders, Eddie Bauer, Sears, Starbucks, Gap, or a 5-in-1 restaurant gift card (good at Chili’s, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, On the Boarder, Maggiano’s Little Italy, and The Corner Bakery).
Step 6
Click PREVIEW and you will see what the inside of your card will look like. Here you will see how your font and signature look, and you will also see uploaded photos on the preview screen.
If you see something that needs to be changed, click EDIT and make the necessary changes. If you like it, click SEND and your greeting card or postcard will be printed, addressed, stamped (with a stamp and an envelope) and mailed out by the next business day.
The recipient will receive the card within a few days in their mailbox, all for about 1/5 the cost and a fraction of the time it would have taken to do it the old fashioned way!
